The Bone Collector

Waiting, watching... deep in the recesses of Forlorn Studios is a witch, a witch unlike any other. With a face so sweet and so Forlorn, she draws lonely hearts near only to ensnare their poor souls and steal their rattled bones. They call this wilting, bewitching maiden the Bone Collector. For beneath the folds of her shimmering satin skirts hides not the silky maiden frame. No, only a trap for bones of those who dared to come to her hollowed beckoning call.

Halloween Bottle Doll... with a dark secret! Oooooh...

Hair is black Tibetan lamb hair... still working on hair style.
Polymer clay head, acrylic medium, graphite. Body and arms made from paper clay and cloth.

Satin bustle in black and white stripe with black lace trim, featuring black lace under laying panel (apron). Orange satin with black ribbon trim skirting. Feathered waisting detail. Black lace for under-gamenting. Bodice is black and white striped satin, same with sleeves. Black lace collar.

Bottle is coated in black netting with black lace trim on the neck. Bottle base is filled with dried lilacs and wild flowers and hand sculpted bones from paper clay.

Head turns at base of neck. Arms move at shoulders and bend gently at elbow joint.

When finished, she will be available in either my Halloween Shoppe or will be going to the Skelly Show... I am still processing this decision.
